Frequently Asked Questions (Faq’s)
1) When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within five business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and delivery should take 2-3 weeks.
Please Note:- The process may take longer than usual due to the holidays
2) Status of order fulfillment
Your order will appear unfulfilled if you have not created a shipping label. Once this label has been created, your order will be marked as fulfilled.
3) Cancellation and return policy
We regret to inform you that all sales are final. Refunds will only be given for damaged/defective or incorrectly received goods.

4) I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?
It can take up to 25 business days for it to arrive once it has been shipped. If the order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, we will refund your money.
5) Why haven’t some of the products arrived yet?
Due to the shipping process we use, your order may arrive in two or three parts. Please don’t worry if you receive one item first. All orders will be delivered within the specified delivery timeframe.
6) Is it possible to cancel an order after I place it?
Since we cannot disrupt the warehouse team’s workflow process once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel it. In order to meet the expectations of our clients, we strive to dispatch orders efficiently.
7) I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order. Is it through?
If you reach the confirmation page after purchasing and providing your order number and receipt, your order has been processed.
You entered the wrong email address during checkout if you haven’t received an order confirmation email.
To resend your order confirmation, please provide us with your email address, first & last name, and the date of your order.
8) Let’s say I receive a product that is wrong or damaged. What should I do next?
All returns and/or exchanges must be initiated here
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
A refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to place the order
-Exchanges are only allowed for the same product in a different size
Returns and exchanges are processed within one week of receiving a package at our warehouse
9) Do you offer the option of changing or canceling an order?

10) Methods of payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal as payment methods. PayPal is an alternative to our global processing service for locally issued cards without these logos.

PayPal accounts can be funded using any of the many payment methods available in your country. Once you’ve funded your PayPal account, you can speed through checkout with PayPal express.

To prevent outside parties from intercepting your information, we encrypt all transactions submitted to us with 128 SSL software. Our company is committed to protecting our customers from fraud and maintaining the highest level of security. Keeping your credit card information, contact information, and shipping/billing information secure is our top priority.
Verification of orders
Orders may require payment verification. Every order we ship out must be authorized by the cardholder in order to protect our customers. We will notify you as soon as we place your order on hold to minimize the delay.
The currency
When possible, we will process your payment in your local currency. It is possible, however, that we may have to charge your credit card in Available currencies under certain circumstances. If this is the case, your financial institution will handle the conversion.
